7/19/2019 12pm – Microsoft 0365 Issues Resolved– Microsoft 0365 email that serves our employee email accounts @smccd.edu has confirmed services have been restored.
1/16/2019 – Novisurvey is currently down and our techs are actively working on restoring access to surveys. — Update: Service restored at 9:45am
We are experiencing technical issues with several services and are actively working to resolve these issues.
Planned Maintenance Notice: Today, Sept 21st from 11pm-1am, access to web services may be intermittent while we perform mandatory upgrades.
All web services will be unavailable for three hours for planned maintenance starting Friday, March 30th at 10pm – until Saturday, March 31st at 1am
Feb 8 – Currently experiencing technical issues with resetting Student Email (@my.smccd.edu) password from our portals (WebSmart and https://reset.smccd.edu). Actively working on a resolution. Thank you for your patience.
1/27/18 7:20pm – We are currently experiencing issues with our Canvas login and are actively working on resolving the issue. You may experience slow logins or messages saying your username was not found. We hope to have the issue resolved soon.
To prevent yesterday’s outage from occurring in the future we had to schedule mandatory maintenance at lunch today. While we expect the process to run smoothly, we can also anticipate a 15-30 minute period of slower-than-normal performance on most of our web services.
We are currently experiencing an issue with student enrollment in Canvas and students who added a course in the past 36 hours may not be able to see their course in Canvas. Issue resolved at 12:50pm
