Banner Update Oct 2020
Banner and WebSMART will be down for routine maintenance from 9 pm on Friday, October 16 through 9 pm on Sunday, October 18. No other district service will be affected. Thank you for your understanding.
7/8/2020 – Delays in student account activation
We are currently experiencing delays in activating new student accounts. If you received a “Welcome Letter” through your personal email to activate your account after 2 am on July 16th, 2020, you will not be able to activate your account at this moment. We are actively working on the issue and will provide update on this page. Please visit this page again later. If you are having other login issues, please contact our account support center.
Pacific Heights Closure
Skyline College Building 19 (Pacific Heights) is currently closed for unscheduled maintenance. Classes held in Building 19 have been relocated to alternate locations in the interim. Please see the Listing of Classroom Assignments for the location of you class while Building 19 is closed.

Canvas Login Issues
1/27/18 7:20pm – We are currently experiencing issues with our Canvas login and are actively working on resolving the issue. You may experience slow logins or messages saying your username was not found. We hope to have the issue resolved soon.
Canvas Student Enrollments – Resolved
We are currently experiencing an issue with student enrollment in Canvas and students who added a course in the past 36 hours may not be able to see their course in Canvas. Issue resolved at 12:50pm
Websmart and Canvas Issue 1-16-18
