On Nov 6th from 7:00 pm to approximately 12:00 am, ITS will be performing network maintenance. During this time, District websites and services will be unavailable. Canvas, O365, and My.SMCCD will continue to be available.
Please note that the most recent Banner upgrade introduced a new version of the Banner Navigation menu. All the features remain the same except that the background does not currently display the picture that we used to have (we are working on restoring it) and there is a new option for search or direct navigation. Use the direct navigation option when accessing a Banner form directly or the search if you are unsure of the form name.
We are currently experiencing login issues for our Faculty and Staff logins to our Canvas and Library System. We are actively working on it and thank you for your patient and understanding.

7/19/2019 12pm – Microsoft 0365 Issues Resolved– Microsoft 0365 email that serves our employee email accounts @smccd.edu has confirmed services have been restored.
To prevent yesterday’s outage from occurring in the future we had to schedule mandatory maintenance at lunch today. While we expect the process to run smoothly, we can also anticipate a 15-30 minute period of slower-than-normal performance on most of our web services.
1/6/2018 at 11:30am – We are aware of issues with our web servers and are actively working to restore services. Some sites may be slow or unavailable until 9pm today.
